DAMAC leads Dubai’s off-plan residential market in H1 2026 with AED 15.6bn in sales
Dubai, UAE – 3 August 2026: DAMAC Properties, the largest private real estate developer in the UAE and the Middle East, recorded 5,706 transactions valued at AED 15.6 billion in H1 2026, ranking first in Dubai’s primary off-plan residential market by sales volume. DAMAC’s performance was particularly strong in the off-plan villa segment: with nearly one out of every two villa units sold (44.2 per cent) being DAMAC properties. This is almost twice the share of the next-ranked developer and accounted for 20 per cent of market share.
